been on a walk about, no just doing a lot of walking (week 6)

I wanted to start this letter with Good morning, but most of you are in the middle of the night and are going to bed. So.........

Hi

Hello everyone, and the lovely month of September. Hope everyone is doing all fine and well in this new month. I can now say that I have served for a full month on my mission though it's only been a few weeks here in Australia. Always love jumping onto the computers and seeing a whole bunch of emails stocked up, just wish the time wasn't so different. Most of you are already in bed, and those that aren't are going to bed. Oh Well.

This week has been a great week overall. Was able to give some great lesson as we were able to sit down with several of our investigators that we've been working with. 3 of which are on date, and working to be baptised by the end of this month, just need to get them to church enough times. We just know that if they go to church they'll be sold for sure, we just have to work for it.

It was warming up this week then all of a sudden the temperature just dropped so we're back to bundling up when we head out, but it wont last too much longer, summer is coming we can feel it. Though it will be weird have Christmas in the middle of the summer here, it'll be a bit hot, but I'm used to it already. Through Texas I was born from the flames of Summer.

My companion is working over some stomach problems. jumping from constipation to dierria (However it's spelled). He keeps on saying its due to the stress of being so close to leaving his mission. Because of it we've been doing quite a bit of walking around leaving the bikes at home, but nothing to complain about, expect my feet, ankles, knees, and back. Curse you flat feet!

I've been able to do a bit of cooking while out, doing some chicken and rice meals which have been excellent in every case that I made it. Rice here has become like pasta back home, mainly comes from my companion since he's had a lot of islanders he's served with. Speaking of food I would absolutely love it if you guys send me some recipes for me to make here. Keep in mind to keep it roughly cheap as were not flushed with cash down here. I would love to make some Hawaiian haystack if I could get that recipe mother. Also some cookie recipes, I wanna make cookies while here. Any food recipes are welcome.

I've also had some of the best sweet and sour chicken while down here. It was just amazing, wish you guys could experience it. We've also had KFC which is pretty good, people say its better then in America, but I wouldn't know that. There is also nandos which is an awesome chicken place which the missionaries praise as holy food.

That is almost all I can remember from this week. It has been a great week full of experiences and I know this next week will be just the same. Keep me updated with whats going on back hope I love reading about it, but pictures are the best. (Send more pictures).

Love hearing from you all, and hopefully hear from you here soon.

Love,
Elder Boren
