Land down under (week 7)

Hello Everyone.

Terribly sorry about not emailing you about the delay of my emails. I completely forgot last Monday. Then again this way the next time we speak will be a lot sooner then normal. So perks! The other benefit to this was when I got on I had 24 emails stacked up, that was cool. Dylan being socialable is weird. Moving on.

This week has been a lot of fun here in the mission field, in Warnbro-Port Kennedy Australia. It's been a while since I last sent out my emails, so there should be loads of stuff to talk about, lets just hope I remember it all, Hahaha! (*Glances away*)

Last week we were able to take part in Zone P-day which was pretty awesome. We played life-size clue. It was a lot of fun, playing with all the elders and sisters of the zone. Just wish I knew how to play clue. We played it where it was groups, and those groups being our district. Afterwards we did a bunch of random games with some stuff that we had. Some played cards, played games, some sports, etc. There was also some food there, mainly pizza.

You'll be happy to know that I have been expanding my horizon when it comes to foods. It isn't as sweet as it is in America, but its all good. I do a good amount of cooking, which is why I ask for recipes ( Mother send them to me). Also please don't send full on cooking books. Each page I would print is 20 cents. So please send just the best of the book, and ones that would be quick and easy. I would love some dessert recipes to go with the meal one. I would love to become a cook when I return.

The other days have been the everyday days in the mission. I've really grown to like the people here in the area. They're all just awesome and unique in their own way, and just all around great people. It's just awesome meeting up with them everyday, or at least someone. They also cook some great food, much better then at our house, the best food is from the islanders that have moved down here.

This week we did a good amount of service with some investigators as well as inactives in our area. One with an investigator was going at their backyard which has been left alone for over a year. There was a picture of it, with Anthony who was the investigator. it was a lot of fun and his parents came over to lend a hand with it all. Anthony is a great guy, totally awesome. He runs a bounce house service and kombat archery. Which is archery fights with foamed tipped arrows. Were waiting for a chance to do that.

I think that's everything. Hope everyone is having a wonderful time and making the most of life. Keep sending me emails and pictures, I love seeing whats happening. See you all Monday!

Love,
Elder Boren
